1.For your question, yes, I think so. We just invite them in between our hands and send Magnified Healing energy to them and the situation. There won't be any harm to them. Just like a blessing or prayer we wish them to be good. Of course, if they learn MH and do it themselve will be even more powerful as they initiate good will to make the relationship better.
2.When receiving higher frequency/energy, we feel dizzy or fall asleep, it is normal so it is ok.
